Bartender

For Immediate Hire – Rapidly expanding business is looking for bartenders that are ready to grow with the company. Currently serving Bar/Lounge & Night Club. Expansion plans for a full restaurant have begun, and will be completed by end of the year. Great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and develop a rewarding long-term career.

• greet customers and present beverage menus prepare, mix and serve drinks and beverages correctly
• check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age
• take orders from serving staff or directly from customers
• process transactions and record drink orders accurately into POS system
• prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes
• peel, slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• mix and garnish cocktails according to standard specs
• serve snacks to customers seated at the bar
• respond promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional fashion
• ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and
• ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas
• comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
• balance the cash register at the start and close of each shift

• High School Diploma preferred
• minimum age requirement of 21 years
• working knowledge of standard drink recipes
• working knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
• knowledge and education in mixology an advantage
• possess cash-handling skills
• able to work flexible schedules
• management experience a plus

• handle a fast-paced work environment reliability, honesty and integrity

• 2+ years tending bar at a Hotel and/or Night Club required. Restaurant experience a plus

• Valid Driver’s License and own transportation
• TIPS certification a plus

• Tue to Sun. Hours to be determined and based on experience
